David Peñaloza Seijas works as a Principal Engineer at Verizon Enterprise Solutions in the Czech Republic, focusing on Cisco SD-WAN, OpenStack and NFV. David is an expert interested in all topics related to networks, focusing mainly on data centers, enterprise networks, and network design, including software-defined networking (SDN). A Cisco Instructor for the Cisco Academy, David has been recognized as a Cisco Champion and a Cisco Designated VIP since 2017. David holds several certifications: CCNP R&S, CCNP SP, CCNP DC, CCDP, CCNA Security, CCNA CyberOps, and CCNA SP, and ITIL v3, among others. Currently, he is pursuing a CCDE.
