Dan Meier is a Cisco Systems Certified Instructor (CCSI) and holds a Unified Contact Enterprise Specialist Certification (CUCES). He has spent his entire career in the telephony industry. The first 23 years in management at AT&T and later working for a company that used a product called GeoTel which Cisco purchased in the late 1990s. He also worked as a Consultant for a Cisco Certified Technology Partner (eLoyalty) and lastly, he has been creating course content and teaching UCCE and CUIC (reporting software) since 2006.
